Update! Update!

...Im down 10 pounds!! WHOOO HOOOO 235!

...I been doing pretty good with my food choice. Im a vegetarian now and cant say I miss meat at all! I'm never hungry and I truely enjoy what I have been eating.

...I have also been eating pretty low carb. NO bread, pasta, rice, sugar or sodas or juices. Strickly Water and Tea.

...Also been taking my vitamins each and everyday

....I have been working out as well....its still a challenge but i MUST stay focused!!
